


Deon R. Williams, M. Jurs.
Deon earned his Master of Jurisprudence from Texas A&M School of Law, specializing in Risk Management & Compliance. He handles all of the Property & Casualty product. Before founding 4J Insurance as an independent commercial and group‑health advisory firm, he successfully owned and operated a Farmers Insurance franchise in Colleyville, TX.
His earlier career included roles as both a Special Investigator and a claims adjuster, giving him a deep, ground‑level understanding of how coverage, risk, and real‑world claims intersect.
Deon is a devoted husband to Christina J. Williams, a University of North Texas alumna, and a proud father of five wonderful children.
Chelsea F. Jones
Chelsea graduated from Wakeland High School in 2023 and is currently completing her studies at Collin College’s Frisco Campus, where she is an Honor Society member and on track to earn her associate degree.
She has been accepted into Texas Woman’s University in Denton, where she will continue her academic progression with the long‑term goal of becoming a Criminal Defense Attorney.
Karla M. Heath, REBC
Karla serves as 4J Insurance Agency’s Group Health Benefits Specialist and holds the prestigious Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation—one of the industry’s most respected credentials in employer-sponsored health plans. Known for her deep technical knowledge and her ability to simplify complex benefits structures, Karla is a trusted resource for employers navigating fully insured, level‑funded, and self‑funded health programs.
She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University (home of the Penmen) in 2008 and has since dedicated her career to helping organizations build compliant, cost‑effective, and strategically aligned employee benefits solutions.
Karla lives in Marshall, Texas with her husband, Brandon Heath.
