What 4J Stands For...

4J Insurance Brokerage was built on a simple idea: business is personal.

The name 4J is rooted in four names woven through founder Deon R. Williams’s family—Joy, John, June, and Jones. They represent the family foundation behind the brokerage and the responsibility that comes with building something intended to serve others well.

That foundation shapes how we work. We approach every client relationship with care, accountability, and a long-term perspective. Our goal is not simply to place an insurance policy; it is to understand the business, provide direct advice, and remain present when our clients need us.

At 4J, you are more than a transaction or renewal. You become part of a relationship built around protecting what you have worked hard to create.

Based in Frisco, 4J Insurance Brokerage serves commercial clients throughout Texas and Oklahoma, including Collin County and Denton County.

How We Work

Start With Your Operations

We don't start with policies. We start with how your business actually operates — your contracts, your risk exposure, and where things could realistically go wrong.

Structure Coverage to Reality

We structure coverage to match reality — not assumptions. That might mean adjusting limits, identifying exclusions, or confirming that what you think is covered actually is.

Clarity, Always

Sometimes the result is simple. Sometimes it's not. But it's always clear — you'll know what's solid, what isn't, and what actually matters.

Coverage that holds up when something goes wrong — not just coverage that looks fine on paper
