Check your own numbers before someone else does
Employers rarely get into trouble with the ACA because they refused to offer coverage. They get into trouble because nobody ran the count, or ran it on headcount instead of hours of service, or tested one entity when several should have been combined.
These tools exist so the count is something you can do yourself, in a few minutes, before a renewal conversation or a filing deadline forces the question. They are screening tools. They tell you whether the question deserves a closer look; they do not determine compliance, and they are not legal or tax advice.
Everything here sits inside the Employee Benefits & ACA Resource Center and supports the rules explained in ACA compliance.
Run the 2027 ACA affordability calculator or the ALE screening tool, then bring the result into a group health strategy conversation.
