Before the call
Nothing to send in advance. If your declarations pages are handy, keep them nearby. If they are not, we start from how your business actually runs.
A short call with a licensed commercial broker. No forms to chase and no sales script. You pick a time, we look at what you carry today, and you leave with a clear view of where your program may be exposed.
Most calls run about twenty minutes. Have your current declarations pages handy if you can. If you do not have them, we can still walk through your operation and what usually matters for it.

What to expect

About twenty minutes. We walk your operation, what your current policies respond to, and the places a claim or a contract may find a gap.
A short written summary of what we discussed. What you do with it is up to you. There is no obligation and no change to your current coverage.

No. The call is free and there is no obligation to move any coverage. We offer it because it is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether your current program has gaps worth fixing.
No. Nothing about the call touches your current coverage, and you decide what to do with anything we find. Many owners use it as a second opinion before renewal or after a big change such as a new contract, a new location, or a hire.
Your current declarations pages are ideal. If the paperwork is hard to find, your carrier names and renewal dates are enough to start.
The 60 to 90 days before your renewal is the sweet spot. There is time to fix gaps and take your account to market if the numbers justify it. That said, a gap found today is always better than a gap found at claim time.

We send a short written summary of what we discussed, in plain language. If you want 4J to act on any of it, we will tell you exactly how. If you would rather take it to your current broker, that is fine too.
