Step 1. Share your policies
Upload your current policies or tell us your renewal date. It takes about ten minutes and nothing changes with your current coverage.
Coverage Audit
Most businesses find out what their policy missed on the day of a claim. A 4J Coverage Audit reads your policies the way they will be read when a claim is filed, then shows you the gaps in plain language. No cost, no obligation, and no interruption to your current coverage.

How it works
Upload your current policies or tell us your renewal date. It takes about ten minutes and nothing changes with your current coverage.
We read your policies the way they will be read after a loss. Limits, exclusions, endorsements, and the contract requirements your clients and landlords expect you to meet.
You get a short, plain-language report that shows what is covered, what is not, and what to fix first. What you do with it is up to you. There is no obligation to move your coverage.
It covers the six reviews most Texas businesses need: a commercial policy review, a renewal strategy review, a workers' compensation audit, a cyber coverage audit, an employee benefits cost review, and a contract insurance requirements review. You can request one review or all six.
Nothing. The audit is free and there is no obligation. We offer it because it shows you exactly how we work, and it is the fastest way to find out whether your current program has gaps worth fixing.
No. The audit does not touch your current coverage, and you decide what to do with the findings. Many businesses use it as a second opinion before renewal or after a big change like new contracts, new locations, or rapid hiring.
Your current policy documents are ideal. If the paperwork is hard to find, your carrier names and renewal dates are enough to start. You can upload documents securely when you request the audit.
The 60 to 90 days before your renewal is the sweet spot. There is time to fix gaps and take your account to market if the numbers justify it. That said, a gap found today is always better than a gap found at claim time.

He reads policies the way carriers read them when a claim arrives.
We walk you through the gap report in a short call and answer your questions in plain language. If you want 4J to fix what we found, we will tell you exactly how. If you want to take the report to your current broker, that is fine too.

Tell us a little about your business and what you want reviewed. You can also call (469) 756-8776 or upload your current policies after you submit. We respond within one business day.
